Chloe is a very talented manicurist, she is super patient, super meticulous, super polite. She drew me cartoons on my nails I got a lot of compliments. Chloe is capable of doing all the craziest drawings you could ever want. You will never be disappointed when you come to her. She takes her time and focuses on what she does.
